Terms of Service/User Agreement

I. Registered user to The Playmaker Recruiting Report (PRR)

A. User and/or user's employing institution is/are responsible for making prompt payment for access to The Playmaker Recruiting Report data made available to them by Donnie Zimmerman and The PRR. Failure to make payment in a prompt fashion may lead to restriction and/or cancellation of user's access to The PRR site and services.

B. User agrees to not share, transfer or otherwise assign his user credentials for The PRR to unauthorized users and unauthorized institutions. The PRR shall monitor origin of usage (through IP addresses) of The PRR. Unauthorized use or sharing of log-in credentials may lead to user' s log-in credentials being revoked.

II. Access

A. Access to and use of The PRR is through a combination of a user ID and a password. Each user must keep his password strictly confidential.

B. User must contact The PRR directly if a username or password is lost or forgotten. The PRR will not release passwords to unauthorized parties for any reason.

C. Unauthorized access to The PRR web site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

III. Use Restriction

A. The data and other material on The PRR is protected by the copyright laws of the United States. All rights reserved.

B. To prevent unauthorized access by multiple users at multiple institutions sharing one account, The PRR reserves the right to monitor the log-in location of each user.

IV. Agreement

The Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America. By using this site, registering on this site, or subscribing to this site, you agree to all of these terms.
